Check out the new Dec 2011 – Jan 2012 page for all of our holiday photos!!!
Had a great time visiting with Jo Jo, Opa, and Auntie Trish over the Thanksgiving holidays! New photos published in “2011″. Sorry the ordering isn’t really working on that page…
We decided not to do an interior tree this year because of the levels of security that would be required to keep our little toddler from devastating it and its decorations day after day. Thus, we turned our magnolia tree out front into that “big-bulbed beauty” that I can remember as a kid (it was across the street from my grandmother’s house in St. Louis). We all like it and it’s Marisol’s current “color naming” education program. She’s best with saying “blue.” Happy Holidays!
So Marisol only had one regular day of school last week. High fevers kept her at home most of the week (and us out of work). The morning of this photo she was fever free and feeling good, but was home with mom until the next day.
While she takes a little prodding in this video, Marisol came home one day from daycare, dropped her water bottle on the floor, and said, “Uh Oh…” very distinctly. We think it’s cute.
Marisol loses the battle for the glasses…but it looks to me like she’s just toying with Hazel.
Marisol had a great birthday. We started by having breakfast out and finished with a pool party in her honor.
